Guesthouse Red Pepper Popoyo is located on Playa Guasacate in Las Salinas, Rivas department in Nicaragua.
We are located on an untouched 2 km strip of beach just outside of Las Salinas village. Our beach is called Guasacate and is in the Tola districts of Rivas. A true surfers paradise with the famous Popoyo Surf Break just a 5 minute walk away. Magnific Rock, Santana, Astillero, Collorado and more a quick drive away.
Plenty of restaurants are just outside Red Pepper, from local fare to some more exotic flavors.
It is a quiet and sleepy strip of the beach where you can enjoy some of the best waves of the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua.
Transportation
It is relatively easy to get a taxi, bicycle or moto rental to get around if you are traveling without a car.
From Managua or Rivas you can either take a bus (which will take you some time) or easily get a taxi. Please mention it to us so we can organize your pick up and the best price possible. Prices from Managua airport ranges anywhere from $80 to $140 depending on the amount of people.
